I wasn't able to start working out until (my daughter) Ava was about 5 weeks old- and then I had a Household Rule: mom works out every other day for 1 hour! Every other day, faithfully, I went downstairs and did the beginner's resistance workout. I'd try to do 3 circuits if I could, but 2 circuits some days when it really seemed hard. The hardest part for me was not over-thinking the workouts. I just did them. If I couldn't do all the reps, I just did as many as I could and kept going.

I started at about 75kg and am now around 65kg. My arms look amazing (they've never looked amazing!) I can see my upper abs when I workout but I do still have my slight pouf in my lower belly- but it's far, far better than it would have looked if I never worked out!!! My legs look great, I am getting muscle tone everywhere.

I fit into jeans I couldn't even fit into BEFORE I got pregnant!!
